Returns

What? A Return!? Sad Face.....

Yes, this happens.  All sales are final- (almost)

There is NO WAY I want you to keep a piece of my artwork that:

  • You don't like

  • Your spouse does not like

  • Doesn't fit the wall

  • Was not what you expected

  • Was damaged in shipment

  • If the dog does not like it or the cat, sorry but it's yours.

Puppy with Sad Eyes

Call me and let's talk.

Most of my sales are made in person at an exhibit or as a commission; you can see the piece first hand and you understand what you are purchasing. If you bought the piece from me, these are my guidelines.  If you bought my art through a gallery, then I cannot refund you, all sales are final.  BUT- call me, maybe we can do an exchange.

Here are my guidelines for a return:

  • If I can restock a print or painting that is NOT a commission piece and it is returned to me undamaged, you pay to ship it back to me and for any item I will refund your money less 30% for handling.

  • Commissioned work- a deposit was paid to reserve my time but I have not yet started painting, I'll refund all but $150.

  • No returns or refunds of the deposit after the painting has started.  If you do not want to move forward after the painting has started and you have seen the first in progress photos, at any point, you owe nothing else, but I will keep your deposit.

  • Return and refund or replacement due to SHIPPING DAMAGE- I wrap and insure your purchase so it gets to you safely. But the delivery service might do damage.  CALL ME and save all packaging, take pictures.  I'll work with you to document and will file the claim. We will work together to get a replacement or a refund to you.

  • You have booked me for a corporate or private event and you decide to cancel- any expenses I have incurred to prepare for it will be charged, and your deposit will not be returned.
