A bit north of Lahina Town is an area called Honokowai. A family made this their home and passed it on for generations to enjoy. Moana Nani means "Beautiful Ocean" in Hawaiian.  It captures the delight they find every day looking out onto the ocean- a Harbor Seal, some swimming honu, and a Humpback whale breach and a family of them spouting, going by.  Moloka'i is prominent in the view with the morning sun displaying the rugged topography on the right and Lana'i is peeking out from the left. The palms are dancing in the breeze.
