While the Lahaina Arts Society artists were still able to set up and display their art at the art festivals under the Banyan Tree, this was a piece I created as I demonstrated for people coming to see my artwork and me paint. This section of tree and trunk, toward the side of the Pioneer Inn had some carvings in it from sweethearts, and then there was this aerial root that made a crazy shape that reminded me of a drawing by Picasso. The backside of a lady.... made me laugh. The original was purchased through the local Gallery.
